More about this organization
St. Frances Cabrini Catholic (SFCC) is a small church with an open door nestled in a quiet corner of Prospect Park just east of the Mississippi. SFCC’s Justice & Peace Committee is dedicated to educating Cabrini members about issues involving human rights and justice, and to invite them to take action in addressing these issues. The SFCC Justice & Peace Committee educates Cabrini members on current human rights and justice issues and offers practical opportunities to respond to specific issues, such as letter writing, contacting legislators, and other advocacy activities. SFCC works cooperatively with outside justice and peace groups in areas of mutual concern – including other Cabrini committees, local churches and community groups, and the Office of Social Justice of the Archdiocese.
